why my Downloads window is always blank
I've try to do all that I've found in the help pages - including https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Downloads%20window%20is%20blank
my download windows stays blank no meter if I'm downloading at the moment or just finished downloading

Check and tell if its working.

Did you try to delete the file downloads.sqlite in the Firefox Profile Folder
