How would I take the information from my disk cache and put it into memeory cache?
My memory cache device got wiped and is completely blank. Luckily I still have the data on my disk cache device. I was wondering if there is any way to move the data from the disk cache to memory cache?

Is the memory cache enabled (about:cache)?
You can open about: pages via the location bar like you open a website.
