my + button to open a new tab isnt working, why?

When I press the + to open a new tab it doesn't do anything, however when I right click to open in a new tab it will do so.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
