Private Browsing is supposed to clear browsing history. However, the sites still show up in "Manage History" . Is there a way they can be cleared from there also without manually removing them?

Private browsing history is still captured in the "Manage History" section. Should it not be deleted from there also?

Could you elaborate a bit more how the steps to reproduce this look like? E.g. any special settings, browser restarts during the scenario, etc.? Are you using "Never remember history" or similar setting?

Private Browsing is supposed to clear browsing history.

Well, not really — it doesn't store any new content from its browsing to disk, so it's gone after a restart or last private window closed, or the "burn" button pressed. But any preexisting site data from outside of private sessions won't be cleared.

However, the sites still show up in "Manage History"

During the private browsing session, after closing it out, or even after restarting the browser or pushing the "burn" button? What exactly you're looking at, do you mean the "Manage cookies and site data" from Privacy & security browser Settings?

Is there a way they can be cleared from there also without manually removing them?

There is a shutdown sanitizer feature that might be handy, but understanding the particular scenario in question a bit better would be helpful before hinting at alternative features to use.
