How do I make (set) TB to open a new window NOT a tab? It continues to open tabs which I don't like nor see, thereby I close TB not the tab I didn't notice (nor use)

If you want to open and read messages in new windows instead of tabs or in the message pane then go to Settings > General > Reading & Display > Open messages in: ~ and activate the radio button ◉ A new message window
