Business Message folder not working

All folders for email are working correctly except Business messages. The server shows 23% full, but the messages are not downloading. I have checked all the connections, and the incoming and outgoing servers are accessible. There seems to be one connection which is not set for Business messages, but I cannot find a solution

- Who is your email provider?

- Is this a POP3 or IMAP account?

- "Business" is not a standard default folder name. Is this a folder you manually created? How do messages get into that folder? Do you move them there manually or have you set up a filter to do it automatically? If by filter, is the filter on the server or in Thunderbird?
