Problems contacting mozilla support
I posted a question to the community forum and received a reply from JBR. When I try to respond to the reply, I get this error message
Looks like there’s a problem with this site
The server at support.mozilla.org sent back an error: 406 Not Acceptable What can you do about it?
Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
I have tried to respond multiple times over the past 24 hours to reply using this URL that appears when I click on the view and reply link in the email.
How can I get support and communicate with forum members trying to help me since this link does not work?
Thanks.

Hello! Your error code 406 means' the server is unable to generate response content that meets your client's' acceptance requirements'. 'This can usually be resolved through the following steps: 1. Check and disable extensions If you have installed the uBlock Origin extension, the extension may classify SUMO's reply form as a "tracker" or "cross site request". You can add SUMO related websites to the whitelist of plugins or temporarily disable such extensions. 2. Use the privacy window You can try using the privacy window to open your SUMO website and see if you can reply normally (usually, most (or all) extensions are disabled in privacy mode) 3. Clear cookies or cache on this website (sometimes effective) Hope to help you. Wishing you a happy life!
