Yes, there is about:config in the Firefox mobile browser, but it is not exposed by default. This is because modifying advanced settings can potentially break or render the app unstable. Mozilla hides these options in the release version to prevent accidental misconfiguration and to ensure a more stable and secure user experience. Moreover most of desktop preferences doesn't work there.
