i'm sure this has been asked many times, but i can't determine how to get this link viewed correctly in firefox but opens no problem on safari:

https://www.mlssoccer.com/mlsnext/tournaments/cup/qualifiers/standings/florida_regional

i have tried to go through the options available in the input field but don't see anything that allows me to say it's ok to open. there are other links with similar results and some i can resolve others i have no clue where to look further.

Hi

What happens when you try to open that link in Firefox for iOS?

Is there any error message?

my operating system is iOS Apple M2 Pro Tahoe 26.3 and nothing happens, the screen just stares back blank.

to further address: the link works correctly on iPhone 16e and iPad current versions.

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?

What version number of Firefox do you have installed on your laptop?

latest according to about firefox (see attached). the only add-on/extension i use is 'adblock plus - free ad blocker'. however, i did disable and tried the link, but ended up with the same negative results.

I can confirm this on Windows. For me it looks like a bug on their page, it can be a webcompat bug.

Inside that white place they have <iframe data-src="https://www.modular11.com/events/event/iframe/groupplay/79/21/1"></iframe> and it should be <iframe src="https://www.modular11.com/events/event/iframe/groupplay/79/21/1"></iframe>.

thanks for confirming but it doesn't explain why it functions correctly on safari iOS on my end and iphone/ipad? imo it can't just be a bug on a site that functions on one platform but not another. i also went through several other links on the main 'mlssoccer.com' sight and just about every link selected produces results on safari but not firefox (desktop).
