Trying to set up new email. They ask for password, but which password do they mean? Mine, connected to my email address, or that of virgin media, my (forgotten what you call it!)

thunderbird is requesting the password for your account, which I presume is with virgin.media. If that isn't clear, please post back. Thank you.
For VM accounts, you must create a Virgin Media Mail app password and use that in TB in place of the regular password:

Other mail providers might have different authentication requirements.
