I can receive emails fine now as I had trouble for a while and didn't use Thunderbird which was a shame as I like it a lot. But now when I try and send an email it comes up with an error message. Please when answering this please keep it really simple when explaining as I am not very computer savvy. tia. I have enclosed the error message

The two emails in the error message are different which would be a problem, perhaps, with how you have rendered the in the address book.

But the important part of the error message is the domain name as the error states that it can't be found by the SMTP server. Have you checked the validity of the domain name (the bit to the right of the ampersand)?
