Since the Supernova upgrade, while trying to tidy up my toolbars etc the 'Get Messages' and 'Write New Message' icons have disappeared, along with the new 'three dots' menu in the Folder Pane.

How can I get them back please?

By the way...the 'Mark It As Solved' button in the notification e-mail just got a 405 error !
