I spent ten years administering a corporate mailing list, and the best advice I can advise is to avoid including any links over which you have no control. Facebook and Instagram may cause no problems, but you have no control on their content. That's just my advice, based on my experience with having a mail list banned and the being reauthorized. Others may offer a different opinion,
