Sent images getting corrupted with TBird 102.0.2

Since upgrading to TBird 102 (current running 102.0.2), I have noticed several times that attached images are getting corrupted. I attach an image to a mail and send it, but get a response from the recipients that they could not open the image attachment, and when I try to open it from my sent mail folder, I have the same problem. Never saw this problem with previous versions of TBird. I have protonmail and gmail accounts, both setup in TBird as IMAP. OS is Windows 11 build 22000.795.
