when try to open Thunderbird, I see the inbox briefly then screen switches to support screen and I cant get back to my inbox?

I am on window system, and been using Thunderbird for years, but today after I hit Thunderbird Icon, it starts, but I see inbox for a split second then I get a support screen and cant get back to my e mail?

I don't know what the support screen is, but it sounds to me like you have a tab open that you ae unfamiliar with. (tabs are right at the top on the same line as the X to close the program.
