Experiencing Time Zone problem, Firefox 63.0.1 (32-bit), Windows 7.

I'm in Moscow, Russia (UTC+3). In Windows time is correct, in some chats and other sites using time stamps the time is -1 hour (UTC+2).

Tried toggling privacy.resistFingerprinting preference in about:config and restarting - did not work.
