how to send messages I write
when writing/replying the tool bar does not show "send" nor "attachments". Only shows "write"

You write a message, add any attachments, then you send it.
So start writing a message. The window in which you write the message has the controls (menu bar, tool bar) for attachments and sending.
I don't know where you're seeing the "Write" button. It isn't in the Composition window, so I don't know what you're looking at. Maybe a screenshot would help us understand where you are.

Did not succeed. I lost the task bar on the write menu. How do I restore the task bar again please. Thanks
