I had a problem with my BT email Mozilla Thunderbird account settings and was advised to remove the settings and replace them with new pop and smtp settings. This did not work plus I lost all my emails folders and contacts. I do not have a backup. If I perform a system restore will it bring back my settings or is there any other way of restoring my profile.
