Confirmed. I opened 'Inspect Element' and found a web link, but is not a proper link.

Same problem with Win IE. https://twitter.com/i/videos/tweet/777588863812403200 is the clip location.

Confirmed. Same problem with Opera.

Update : with Midori browser the link is working the video is active, but locks after 6 sec.
