Paypal sending messages to my registered account. Paypal claim it may appear in my spam or junk mail folder. I have neither. I set up a junk folder and updated my settings, then requested a new email from paypal and that did not solve the issue. still no email, any ideas ?

Log into your account at your providers web mail page and see if they are in a Spam folder there.
