I recently noticed that my default web browser 'firefox' was not launching I restarted thinking that would fix it but no, I uninstalled it to re-install but when I went into the firefox file it has one file remaining called 'browser' that file will not delete I have tried multiple times with not result, I tried deleting the Mozilla file in the program files but that will not delete either, what can I do?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that allow to remove the Firefox program folder.
