Further to my last request. I got a new password that allows me to log in to this support system BUT doe not allow me to use my email account. i tried to use another email client but THunderbird would not allow me to coonect to the new client.. The new password says it has been set up!

The login to this forum has absolutely nothing to do with the operation of your email account. Email client software connects to your email providers server not another client so I am confused at what you mean by that. Go to your providers webmail site and make sure your username and password work there. If they do not work there contact your provider for help with that.
