I can recieve email from individuals but if someone in the office sends an email from a group list I do not recieve it. I can see the address in the list of people it was sent to and the name is in the list but the email does not come through to the inbox. Only happens when a group list is sent

Is this Microsoft exchange? How are you connected to it?
