Can't download messages. Same message keeps getting downloaded

When I click "get messages" the line at the bottom starts "downloading 1 of 71" but no messages appear. However, over the past 24 hours the same message (a press statement sent to many recipients besides me) has downloaded at least 50 times. It's the only message I've received. What's going on??

Go to your email providers web mail site and delete the problem message or move it out of the Inbox and into another folder.
