Hi Mozilla Community, I’ve noticed that several websites don’t function properly on Firefox, especially when it comes to form submissions, dropdown menus, or login buttons not responding. For example, while testing my own pet blog https://pawbreed.com, which provides dog breed guides and care tips, some users reported layout issues and broken navigation only on Firefox Chrome and Edge load it perfectly. I’ve also experienced similar problems on sites like Blick Art Supplies and state tax portals.

Could this be related to specific browser settings, add-ons, or compatibility modes? I’ve tried clearing cache and disabling extensions but the issues persist. Is there a best practice for ensuring cross-browser compatibility, particularly with Firefox? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the Firefox browser (version 128.11.0esr (64-bit)) on MacOS (version 15.5 (24F74)) and experiencing a possible display bug in the ChatGPT website’s project window (as the attached Image-1.jpg shows).

When a self-defined ChatGPT project contains multiple chats, which means the right part of the website page needs to be scroll-able to show all its chats, it seems that it cannot be scrolled using Firefox, and no scrollbar appears. Yet I noticed that the chat list on the left can be scrolled normally.

Besides, I had another try using Chrome, and it work fine there (as shown in attached Image-Chrome.jpg.)

It's quite annoying since I have to switch to Chrome—not my default Firefox—to completely explore all my chats every time. Could someone please verify this and fix it if it is not just on my end?

While I am able to log into my Google account in Chrome, I am unable to do so in Firefox after the latest update. Whenever I try, I am redirected to the attached support page, which asks me to delete cookies and cache contents. Deleting those does not help.

Please help!

Since the update to either 140 or 140.0.1 (not sure because I first noticed it in 140.0.1) the marquee does not scroll in on the page when viewed with Firefox, however it does scroll in Edge so it must be a firefox problem. The site is www.maaccordion.com to see the marquee . It also does not scroll in the latest version (at this writing) of 140.0.2

The scrolling has always worked before and it has been on this page (the home page) for quite a few years. Problem only occurred is one of the updates.

Suddenly NY Times links think I am a bot, or there is a java problem, or I am clicking too fast (huh?), and I am being blocked. This started around the same time as the last update. Help! Thanks.....

Since the automatic installation of Firefox 140.0 installed on June 25th, I cann't access at my Bank account and at other professional applications. There is a little padlock that shows off at the bottom of the windows. When I click on this padlock , it shows cookies parameters : only necessary cookies. And I want to let these parameters.

This new version wastes my time. I'm obliged to use Edge navigator.

Hi, for some reason, I am severely restricted in size when uploading files to Facebook, with a maximum .jpg size of under 50k. I do not have this restriction in Microsoft edge, or on my phone, only on my laptop. I do not have an ad blocker installed that I am aware of. Appreciate any help. Cheers, Merv.

bought app (Gold) flightradar24 for Win 10. seems to freeze after loading an airport, no map can be displayed. Apparently can't find WebGL2. I can find the error message:

 I am using a Radeon 7600 GPU 8MB.  and Win 10 latest on Dell 7020 desktop.  where should I start?

Some web sites such as Amazon have an options bars to select items like 'review order'. When the web page first comes up, they show white in the dark bar. But Firefox is immediately changing the white to purple so that it is almost impossible to read. I haven't been able to find anything in settings to correct this. I do not have this issue when I use Chrome.
