How do I move tabs below the address bar in Quantum?

I want to alter the design of Firefox Quantum. I want to put the tabs below the address bar (where the eyeline naturally goes when working) and add some of my favorite buttons to the tool bar (STOP being the most important one). I also want the status bar to permanently be present. I cannot figure out how to do this.
