Trying to turn on VPN but after sign in it is still greyed out
Keep getting prompted to active VPN but every time I try it just keeps looping back to the sign in start pop up. The VPN button is always gray with an X even after sign in.

Looks like you're running into the same issue as this OP. Let me see if we have an active bug reported around this.
