Fonts in the digital issues of the LA Times are changed. They appear as serif initially, but quickly change to a sans serif which appears to big for the space. The headlines are squeezed together and touching. Body copy is affected also. How to keep the fonts as they first come in?

This is my first time to Mozilla Support with a question.

Firefox is my default browser using version 155.0.1. I use Strict ETP. [FYI - my skills are basic with IT]. I also use Firefox Focus on my iPhone.

I previously used Google Chrome but I must have removed it as it's no longer appearing in my desktop Apps.

As of a couple of days ago, I tidied up my Library/cache and deleted it to 'Trash', using Apple support community help instructions for housekeeping. (Because I was getting increased frequency in the spinning ball at start-up). I didn't delete any other folders - just Library/cache in my housekeeping.

Since then, when searching Google / Firefox, Google keeps asking if I'm a robot (asking me to tick a 'reCaptcha' box) as it's detecting unusual traffic on my computer - before it continues with my search via Firefox browser.

This doesn't happen when using other search engines, (eg: Bing or Duck Duck Go).

Using Google searches on Safari browser does not ask me if I'm a robot question ? Searches go through perfectly - no questions asked. Only when I use Google search engine with desktop Firefox. Is it my privacy settings?

I prefer Firefox as my browser because it's independent and open sourced, safe and for its sense of community.

My desktop MacBook Air (2017) is 9 y/o - vintage? So, no longer receiving software updates - but hoping to upgrade with a new Mac desktop soon. (see attached image of current MacBook Air operating system Monterey version 12.7.6).

My question is:

- Why is Google only in the last two days asking me at every search, the above question about 'unusual traffic' / tick the robot box ? And,

- Should I reinstall 'Google Chrome' via the Apple Store?

Or for better security, think of getting a new computer sooner, rather than later ? :(

2 days ago QR-codes stopped to show when I use Firefox, I still get the codes if I use Safari or other browsers. Please help me, because I love using Firefox... Regards Uffe

I'm on a Mac desktop, Mac Tahoe 26.6.2, using the latest version of Firefox, although this frequently happened in previous versions. Audio often disappears from videos and reels. When I refresh the page, nothing happens. To get sounds working again, I have to quit Firefox and restart, but by then I've lost the reels I was watching. This is a big issue for me as I am a musician. Any ideas on how to fix this permanently?

Starting about 2-3 weeks ago, I couldn't access one webpage in where I access an account where I pay some bills on. It keeps saying 'Internal Error', saying to call the website's tech support. This website works on other browsers, just not Firefox it seems.

I have set my settings to 'no proxy', and have cleared all of my history. I don't know what else to do to get access to the website back. I am also not a coder, and this is my only laptop, so I am looking at solutions that are easy to understand and won't break my computer to where I would need outside help.

Steps to reproduce:

• View a PDF within Firefox
• Select the 'Save' icon
• Click within the file name field, right next to "Save As"
• The "forward delete" key ('Delete' on a Windows keyboard) does not work. It used to work in previous versions of Firefox, but no longer works.
• The "backwards delete" key ('Backspace' on a Windows keyboard) works without issue.

At some point, I was issued Auto-generated passwords, but they were not saved even though I believe I have things set up to do so. Other passwords are also not saved. I cannot update my 2015 Mac's OS above Monterrey. Please advise.

I find the way icons are constantly messed with, every time I visit a site e.g Wikipedia, the icon is inserted in my list. Then getting rid of them seems to take forever.

Am I missing something because it seems totally ridiculous the way the icons are done,

I get messages, questions and info from Firefox in Dutch. My language preferences in setting is English UK across the board. Browser, preferred, fall back and web site language. It works most of the time, apart from with Firefox. What can I do to make Firefox talk English to me?

I am 67, and have memory issues. I am not good at technology. I have all my apps on this computer. I have changed emails over the years, and passwords, but never had to worry since APPLE takes care of that for me.

Ever since you updated FireFox, everytime I shut down for the night, you sign me out of all my accounts, some I have not gotten back yet because of email changes and passwords. I am pissed and I want to know how do I STOP This. Please tell me FAST. I am not sure I can do this much longer and I may have to get rid of Firefox if this can not be done. Thank you for your quick reply... tonight I will have to live with the emf crap and keep the computer on to keep from signing out of my apps... PLEASE HURRY and tell me how to stop this.
