FF now won't access facebook or amazon websites.
FF now won't access facebook or amazon websites. FF worked yesterday but wouldn't access either site today. Both Google and MS Edge access both sites. I have cleared cash and reinstalled FF with no luck. Help Please

Hi there,
Could you please also try clearing cookies and data for the websites you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on these websites), as well as running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Does the problem persist?

I did all the suggested fixes with no results. I can't see that the troubleshoot mode does anything. Amazon is working this morning. Facebook is not even though it is accessible form Chrome or MS Edge.

Yes, showing the issue(s) would help us help you. Are you running any security software besides MS Defender?
the dot in the tab just goes back and forth with no connection to FB server.
