I'm having trouble installing Norton Password Manager, I keep getting a corrupt file, won't install, so I am running through the checklist of possible fixes. The one I am up to is this :- Refresh Firefox Click the menu button (≡). Select Help, then choose More troubleshooting information. Click the Refresh Firefox… button on the right side of the page. In the confirmation window that appears, click Refresh Firefox. Firefox will close and restart. When it finishes, a window will show the data that was imported. Click Finish. Choose whether to restore your previous windows and tabs, then click Let’s go!. I cannot find the "Refresh" I've run Troubleshoot Mode I have cleared the startup cache, problem not fixed.
