disney plus videos are not high quality on firefox
like the subject says the video on disney plus is very choppy/blurry/not 4k like it should be can u guys look into it? the video is blocky and blurry on firefox but not on chrome for some reason and id like to fix it soon

I ended up switching to chrome works much better now!

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

You should ask Disney Plus Support what is the recommended Browser to use to stream for better playback. Not all Browser can handle streaming service and limited to what they can do.

Like I mentions not all Browser are created equal when streaming and you need to know this when using streaming services. Firefox being a NP can't always match what Corporate Edge MS and Chrome -Google support that can do more.
Ok well noted but i hope that firefox gets better streaming on disney plus sometime in the future!
