I have been an avid fan and promoter for others to try it. But now, don't see FireFox VPN active.

Since I actually knowing had Firefox browser VPN, supported your group by paying for Mozilla VPN for a year.

Now, was wondering if I could find out if what I thought was a VPN built in the Firefox browser, but all my communication and searches have not proved successful.

Hi,

The Firefox built-in VPN is being introduced gradually. It’s available to some users in the US, UK, Germany, and France (starting with Firefox version 149), in Canada (starting with Firefox version 150) and, starting in June 2026 with Firefox version 151, in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, South Africa, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Australia, Thailand, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Japan. If you’re in one of these countries and using one of those Firefox versions but still don’t see the built-in VPN, it may simply not have reached you yet, as the feature is being rolled out in stages. When the built-in VPN is available, you should see a VPN icon in the top-right corner of the toolbar. Selecting it will open a prompt to turn on the VPN. If you don’t see the VPN icon, try customizing your toolbar by right-clicking the toolbar and checking the overflow menu to add it back. If you still don't see it, check the Unable to find the built-in VPN in Firefox article for possible causes and solutions.

Have installed the Firefox Installer and it says already installed and when asks if I should reinstall, I have said YES several times but NOTHING opening. There is NO Fox vpn icon. There is 4 white circle type symbol with a small red circle on the mid right lower section of that symbol. When put mouse over it, it says Mozilla VPN.

Simple issue: Still shows I have installed Fire Fox VPN but does not open, when click the symbol. It says" Sign in to the Mozilla VPN app.

You’re currently signed out of the Mozilla VPN app. To use the Mozilla VPN Firefox extension, open the app on your computer and sign in to your account." Pop up box says waiting for sign-in and subscription verification" Orange red Circle going clock wise and Cancel button on bottom.
