Italy as a location server was available up to November 2nd, so it can't be related to the summer's limited VPN rollout. Why this change now? I haven't changed anything on my profile, and my Forefox is up to date, so it's nothing to do with me.

Hello Mozilla support, I'm a firefox user based in Iran, currently using latest version on windows. I'd like to use firfox's built-in vpn feature, but it doesn't appear in my browser. Is there any possibility of accessing this feature from Iran? I really need this feature please consider my request. thank you for your help.

It says that I have windows 10 or something like this. How can I solve this problem? Windows 10 reached EOS (end of support) on October 14, 2025. If you are on Windows 10, see this article.

Tell me how do I use the VPN I looked on the help section and its the step where after you log in you turn it on but when i press log in it logs me in but then it restarts to the get started page so i cant reach the turn on page etc.

I'm developing a Firefox-based browser called Браузер and am interested in exploring the possibility of integrating Mozilla's built-in Firefox VPN.

Our goal is to provide users with a privacy-focused browsing experience while retaining Firefox's existing built-in VPN infrastructure, account authentication and 50 GB monthly allowance.

We would like to ask:

   Does Mozilla permit third-party Firefox-based browsers to integrate its built-in VPN?

   Is there an official API or integration programme available?

   Would a licensing or partnership agreement be required?

   Could Браузер users access the service under the existing eligibility and usage requirements?
   
   Is there a way Браузер can use Firefox's built-in VPN on the browser and put it in our browser working the                         exact same?

We want to ensure that any integration follows Mozilla's licensing, security and privacy requirements.

Hi: I have been using Firefox for over 10 years, i never seen an option for a VPN in my browser. I am currently in the US. Is it hidden somewhere else or needs to be enabled?
