Webmail infrastructure is entirely different from POP/IMAP servers, so there could still be something wrong with the latter.

Did you follow the troubleshooting steps as per the support article posted above? What are your results?

In general, antivirus software can be problematic in connection with Thunderbird. please check with KDDI about their correct server settings as suggested in the support article linked above. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/cannot-send-messages#w_verify-your-smtp-outgoing-email-settings.

Also, please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button ≡, then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.

Can you confirm Authentication type "passwordEncrypted" for the outgoing server is correct? That would be rather unusual, since it is "passwordCleartext" for the incoming server. You may want to try "passwordCleartext" for the outgoing server as well in your Account settings.

I can`t send the message suddenly, but I can receive the message. My service provider is KDDI and confirmed with the about the server setting, it`s no problem at the server setting. I can send the message thru KDDI web mail as attached photo, that means Thundrbird software problem.
