Password Manager Popup Partially Blocked by Websites

The Password Manager popup is displayed when I create or change a password, bu the "Remember Password?" button is only partially displayed. The bottom half is "cutoff." It will not accept a click. IT is almost as if the button is being "blocked" somehow.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
