New Flash Player Problem

I have the new version of Firefox, and the new version of Adobe Flash Player.

With the new version of Flash, I can't see things such as youtube, ads, games, etc.

It says there's an error, or the page just turns out blank, or load extremely slow.

I also tried flash 11.2 (version before the newest, 11.3) and everything comes out glitchy, nothing loads correctly.

What do I do? :(

This might be caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update.
