What is Morning Coffee? It loaded with my new version of Firefox and I there's no explanation of what it is.

morning coffee is a third party-addon, it doesn't ship with firefox. maybe you have installed it somewhen in the past and have forgotten about it. if you have no use for it you can uninstall it from firefox > addons. https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox.../morning-coffee/
