Impossible to save new bookmarks & Impossible to find old Bookmarks

I see the files .jsoon but it is impossible to Restore. The message is:Unable to process the backup file.

I tried to create a New Profile but it looks to complicated for me !!! .....

HELP PLEASE because just today every thing was very OK !! Thanks a lot !

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
