why are emails forwarded to multiple recipients blocked?

I enter multiple email addresses in the BCC box. A message appears saying my email is, temporarily blocked, message not sent.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

I closed Firefox and opened mail using Internet Explorer. The problem disappeared. It's definitely a problem I have with Firefox.
