When webpages have 'menus' in the head as on your Firefox Help page I cannot access them. eg now I am signed in I cannot sign out. This also happens on the Sainsbury shopping page and also Lloyds bank page

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension has been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall that add-on.
