i Hid all the top menus (main menus, bookmarks, quick searches etc) now can't get them back

i hid all the top menus (main menus, bookmarks, quick searches etc) now can't get them back, whenever i click with my right button the options to show/hide them doesn't come up any more...

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
