Update downloaded a few days ago, I closed Firefox to restart with updates and I can't get my previous session back. I even tried my OneTab to see if I could get older stuff back and it's lost that too!

You can check your recently closed tabs in History.

It's done it again. Every tab I had open is just gone, not in Recently closed. No 'Previous Session'. Just Firefox's 'look we updated! New features! Click here!' messages. Sure I can hunt through my history and try to reopen everything BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.

Edit - opened a new Firefox window to start getting stuff back and it popped up with everything. IDK if I'm going nuts or something was genuinely messed up.
