I wanted to export my address book from my Windows10 PC, after a while I got an error message, something happened during the attempt. Since then I cannot start Thunderbird anymore. The program does not respond. So I can't find the Thunderbird version.

Maybe Thunderbird is still running. Did you verify in Task Manager ?

I killed the program in Task Manager. When I try to start it, I just get Not responding. I tried it several times.
