how to access a deleted email from a month ago

looking for an email i accidentally deleted from july 10. it was from walmart with a gift card from a friend. how can i access it? my deleted file only goes a couple weeks. thank you for any help. janis

If you don't find it in the Trash folder for that account, it is probably gone for good. If the Trash folder has not been Compacted or Repaired, there is a very slight possibility of recovering it using the add-on "Undelete", found at:

https://www.ggbs.de/extensions/Undelete.html

If that doesn't work, check the web mail for that account. Not likely to be there, either, but it's worth a look.

If all else fails, maybe Walmart can reissue it.
