Moto Android phone resprayed disconnect from Mozilla VPN.

this can sometimes happen on certain Android phones because of aggressive battery optimization or network management settings. Since reinstalling and enabling background access did not help, try disabling battery optimization specifically for Mozilla VPN in your Android app settings, and also check whether your Motorola device has extra power-saving features like “Adaptive Battery” or “Background restrictions” enabled. Those can force the VPN to disconnect even when “Always-on VPN” is active.

Thanks for the reply. Disabling battery optimization and turning off adaptive battery setting didn't fix the issue.

@ckelle: Mozilla VPN 2.37.0 works ok on my Moto g stylus running Android 11. Try uninstalling the VPN app, disabling auto-starts for other apps, restart your droid, install the latest VPN version from the app store, set it to autostart (a nonobvious process on android you can search for here), then restart your droid again.
