Show the issue and provide steps to replicate. I have no issue on this page. see screenshot https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs-search?search=*.pdf
It might have something to do with this change in Firefox 149: Bug 2006057 - Enable hardware acceleration in pdf.js
It used to be disabled because of https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/18241 PDF freezes when opened with Firefox with HW Acceleration ON despite very powerful PC specs
