How can I disable Firefox's message on the new blank tab that says "Say hello to Firefox profiles" on my first session after startup?

Recently, my blank new tab page isn't blank but has an "Say hello to Firefox profiles" message/ad on the first session after I start up. I would like never to see that or any other notifications on my new tab pages. I want them to stay blank. Is there a setting in about:config? thanks!

I guess it's Recommend features as you browse option. See Recommendations from Firefox.
