Hi PG, two suggestions:

(1) If you want to clean up and use the Bookmarks Toolbar

You can clean up using the right-click context menu. For the Import Bookmarks button:

right-click > Remove from Toolbar

For unwanted bookmarks:

right-click > Delete bookmark

(2) If you do NOT want to use the Bookmarks Toolbar

right-click any bookmark or a blank area of the bar > Bookmarks Toolbar > Never Show
