firefox momentarily shows cookie preference

firefox momentarily shows cookie preference, then the dialog box disappears.

If I enter trouble shoot mode then the popup box appears long enough for me to accept cookies, but given the momentary popup sometimes is so fast you miss it, I have no idea if that is the cause of some sites not working.

Yes. Firefox clicks it on your behalf. You can find info about it in the Console.

It's unlikely that it has anything to do with website's failure.
