Primary password
I got a new desktop PC and used PCmover software to migrate all data, apps, and settings to the new PC from the old. Since that time, every time I sign into my primary password to access my passwords, I must repeat my primary password 3 times. What gives? This is getting annoying.

Passwords are stored locally on the computer they were created on. You don't need a primary login to access them. That is a sync that uses that feature.
